How about snow Tetris? You can build little snow blocks and drop them into a hole. (Of course, they'll just break and crumble into a pile of snow, but you could do it.)
What about fusing ice cubes together in the correct shapes? At least then you'll end up with a pile of Tetris shapes at the bottom of your hole...
