Actually, rhinoceroses are mammals and I see that they're actually fairly close to horses as far as cladistic placement. (Birds, however, are dinosauria and a prof at Cal when I was there went so far to say that they were dinosaurs.)
But then, scientific accuracy wouldn't have rhymed. And since the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy editors testified that beauty is truth and truth beauty in a lawsuit, I think you win on the grounds of a more attractive phrase. Fortunately, nobody's going to use that to count life in contempt of court, so we can all live happily for at least a while longer...

Nonetheless, the dude certainly looks angry.
I like the way his head is flat. He's like the Camaro of rhinos.
Camaros have flat heads? (The flathead V8 was something of a '40s/'50s thing, IIRC, so I'm pretty sure that isn't it...)
Admit it - ARDD bears an aesthetic resemblance to the modern-day Camaro. :-)
Actually, that kinda does look like the back of one. The horn could be a spoiler, and the teeth do look rather a lot like those taillights...
